The products purchased on our Store Online will be delivered within 3 working days from the order in Italy and Europe

Delivery will be made through BRT in Italy and UPS in the rest of the Eurozone.

  • You may check the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website, using the codes communicated when the notice of shipment is sent to you by e-mail.
  • Delivery will be made to the address you indicate; please also indicate a telephone number so that the courier may contact you before making delivery.
  • After two failed attempts to deliver the goods, the same will be placed in storage and you will have to pick them up yourself from the warehouse of the courier.

Our products are packaged with the utmost care.
If the package is visibly damaged or broken, make the following note on the delivery document which should be signed by you and the courier:
I hereby accept the package (packages), but reserve the right to check the contents because the package is damaged.
We ask you to inform us immediately that you have accepted the package with the above reservation.
If the carrier refuses to allow you to make the above reservation, do not accept the parcel. Here again, please inform our Customer Care Service immediately.

The service is available from 08:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 02:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m. Monday to Friday..
E-mails and orders received after 03:00 p.m. on a Friday will be dealt with on the following Monday.
