If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days of the date when the order is received.

Cooling-Off Period
Pursuant to section 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206 dated 6 September 2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21 dated 21.02.14 (the "Consumer Law"), a consumer has the right to cancel the contract, without penalties or costs and without giving any reason, within 14 days. To exercise this right, the consumer should send Falc S.p.A. written notice of cancellation within 14 working days from receipt of the goods (please use the cancellation form at the foot of these general terms and conditions).

Upon receipt of the above notice of cancellation, Falc's Customer Care Service will immediately forward to the Consumer all the necessary instructions on how to return the goods. The consumer should return the Product/s in the shortest possible time and in any case within no more than fourteen days from the date on which it has informed the seller of its intention to cancel the contract.

The costs for shipment of the returned Product are at the expense of the Consumer.

The Product should be returned unused and undamaged, complete with the accessories and any spare parts supplied, in the original packaging, and all the relevant parts (including packaging, documents, etc. ...). The Customer may handle the Product in order to appreciate and examine its characteristics and functioning, but will be responsible for any diminished value of the Product caused by careless or unauthorised handling. Should the Customer withdraw from the contract, any payment made to the seller will be reimbursed, including delivery costs (but excluding any extra costs for a delivery method different to the standard delivery offered by Falc), when the Product is returned. Reimbursement will be made using the same form of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise indicated by the Customer; the Customer will in any case not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Should the goods be damaged during transport, Falc S.p.A will inform the Customer (within the 5th working day from receipt of the goods at its warehouse), to enable the Customer to file a complaint with the carrier in good time and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be placed at the disposal of the Customer for return thereto, and the request for cancellation of the contract will be annulled; Falc SpA declines all and any liability for damage to or theft/loss of the goods returned through an uninsured shipment; upon arrival (at the warehouse), the product will be examined to check the same for damage or tampering, not caused by transport.
